H-E-B Pharmacy

95% of the time the customer service is HORRIBLE (1 lady up front is awful)! I get monthly refills and they are NEVER ready on time or even 3-5 days later. They also never take the time to run through my insurance so I end up paying out of pocket so I don't have to deal with them. I used another HEB while out of town and my prescriptions we're ready quickly for pick up and I didn't have to pay a dime.

Horrible service will never go to this place again... Never got a call my prescription was done .. had attitude and no customer service when I dropped it off.. only went because Walgreens pharmacy was closed.... disgusting...

Really disappointed in the attitude of some their employees. A few are very nice and helpful but that seems to be the exception. Also they never get a prescription from a doctors office the first time.

I absolutely don't understand why people have to be so rude! I was trying to use the automated but it wouldn't work so then I called HEB and when I tried to voice that I was having trouble with the automated she just cut me off! Then I gave her the prescription number which was wrong because I could not read it, she was very short with me and said okay I found it! That was the extent of a conversation. I'm so sad that good customer service has gone the wayside of the human condition☹️

Always a horrible experience Unfortunately, they know your options are very limited With pharmacies in town so there’s no need to be good, proficient or professional. It’s a paycheck and they’re just waiting for their next break and when it’s time to clock out.
