My little girl was sick she was 7 months old, and the manager there made sure he calculated her weight to measure the safety and dosage of the medication and found the right one when they were super busy. It was a gentleman blondish hair I think with glasses. I didn’t catch his name but he was very helpful. I got home and it helped her dramatically and I was very nervous about her being so young. Much appreciated buddy

every single Frozen HEB food I bought has been burnt for the past month. 1 gallon Ziploc bags still fail after one use

My daughter had a prescription sent here based on proximity to her apartment. When she picked it up, they charged her $120 for what she normally pays less than $10 at CVS. When she questioned the cost, the pharmacy tech told her that she had met her maximum benefits, so assuming that to be true, she paid the $120. I immediately followed up with our insurance provider and was told we don't have a maximum, and it would be covered 100% at CVS. Unfortunately, HEB will not take the medicine back even though unopened and sealed packaging(I understand it's policy). If the tech would've simply told her it was not covered there rather than lying to her about meeting a maximum, she wouldn't have wasted $120 for no reason.

The pharmacy techs are so kind. They will help find you discounts and they are always so helpful and quick. I love my HEB pharmacy. There are so much quicker, friendlier and knowledgeable compared to other nearby pharmacy's.
