these people work as fast as they can at a busy pharmacy. Be patient. We all want our prescriptions now but we cant always get what we want. Contrary to popular belief, we are not the center of the universe. instant gratification is overrated and over expected.

Lazy people rude can’t seem to get things right! Call them the say few hrs 6 hrs later still nothing . Screwd up meds first time. They just don’t really care weather u need meds or not ! All the time it’s like they have control and gonna let you know it ! Worthless

They were gonna make me wait 5 days to get my insulin for the fact that they didn’t have it in stock 😒they almost never have insulin in stock. Always has to be a few days to order them. the delivery service can’t be setup in advance for some reason. You have to call when the medicine is ready for it to be delivered. Which is a total inconvenience! my daughter was prescribed some antibiotics, didn’t even ask what flavoring I wanted ! Antibiotics are nasty enough as is. She’s 3 so it’s just a hassle. Worst experience by far

This pharmacy is nice enough as long as they don’t have to do any extra work. My prescription required prior authorization and they kept saying they couldn’t do it my doctor had to. I asked if they could call and talk to my Doctor so that maybe they could clear it up with them and figure out who needs to do what. Not only did they not call the doctor the lady was rude interrupting me and talking over me .After 3 weeks of getting no where I found and Neighborhood Pharmacy in Andrews Tx I had it transferred to Neighborhood pharmacy and they got the prior Authorization in less than 30 minutes . Which H-E-B hadn’t done in 3 weeks time. No to mention they delivered it to my house.

In the past year, service has gotten very poor. Having to wait multiple days, instead of 1 day to get prescriptions. The employees leave alot to be desired in friendliness. Westside HEB is going to the PITS. It is getting so much worse. Wish I could get a phone number for corporate.
