Way more often than not, they have your prescriptions ready before you've even made it home from your appointment. Once your info is in the system, drive thru pick up in a sinch and super fast. I particularly appreciate wide array of immunizations offered and the scheduling option, although you don't need one. The techs are great with folks who struggle with fear of needles.

All was well but I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for a call that never came. I called about 2hrs later and the prescription was ready. I was going by what I was told when I turned in my prescription we shall give you a call in 20-30min and I informed the employee that I would wait.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLU SHOT APPOINTMENT HERE!!! They do not care about your time and do not honor the appointments. Booked appointments for 1PM and 1.15PM for flu shot at this pharmacy. First they did not have anyone at the pharmacy to even see us. Then the lady who came after 15 mins took our information and said we will be called. Waited for 30 mins and nothing happened. The lady was addressing other customers at the drive through. After asking multiple times, she finally acknowledged and called us in for the shot. They took 45 mins to finally give the flu shots.

It is insane they have the student doing the consultations. They are students for a reason. They should not be doing the lazy pharmacist's job. At one point, the student was relaying the information over to the pharmacist and getting back to me. This can obviously cause miscommunication. I'm sure the pharmacist is telling her he's teaching her to do this herself too. She will be doing this for the rest of her life once she is done being a student. Not now. Students giving out consultations is huge liability issue! This is severely wrong on the pharmacist and the students end. I hope someone in the upper management has some sense and stops this.
