H-E-B Pharmacy

Horrible customer service (especially Cristian) very rude, arrogant and taunting. I had about 15 prescriptions for my family that I get every month at this pharmacy. I transfered all prescriptions out than deal with rude personal like this. I rather drive further than get medicine here. I can't believe that they allow him to talk to customers like that.

Was notified at 9:00 in the morning that a prescription was being called in to pharmacy. Went there @ 5:30 in the evening after a long day and was told that the medication wasn't in stock. Why not a courtesy call from the pharmacy? The person at the desk was not apologetic or anything. HEB pharmacy has gone down hill.

NO STAR!!! Horrible customer service!!! Being a clinician, I can just imagine how my patients go through. Prescription was sent since this morning. No notification from pharmacy that medicine is not available and I drove from my workplace in edinburg all the way to this pharmacy only to be told that it is not available??!!! It is almost 4 pm. At least some decency and courtesy on this pharmacy’s end to notify the customer about the med status so no time, energy, and gas are wasted!!! Especially in this excruciating hot weather!!! Pharmacy tech first states 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait then comes the pharmacist stating med is not available until tomorrow. So if I listened to the pharmacy tech, another 1 1/2 hours wasted?!!! HEB admin: have a process in place and implement it!!!! This is horrible!

My family and I always are treated right when we go pick up our medications. The employees treat their customers well. I noticed Josh seems to interact well with all customers young and old. If your a regular customer he’ll address you by your last name. He makes it a point to recognize you as a valuable customer. Thank You Jooshie your commitment does not go unappreciated.

The absolute rudest pharmacy I have ever visited. I had a bad experience over the phone with a man hanging up on me when I asked questions about my perscription. I thought maybe they were just busy. So I decide to visit the drive thru and they made me drive all the way around again just so they could process my credit card(where 4 cars then cut in front of me). So i waited 25 min for my sick baby’s prescription. I am taking my business back to walgreens. Never again coming here.
