H-E-B Pharmacy

I can’t even begin to describe how grateful I am for HEB pharmacy! My son is sick, I’m starting to feel sick, I’m trying to keep the rest of the household from getting sick…. And our pharmacy didn’t have the prescription. I called multiple pharmacies in the area to ask, and no one had the medication we needed in stock. I was starting to feel pretty stressed thinking we wouldn’t be able to get it in time. I was feeling so discouraged, but decided to try one more pharmacy.. HEB! The lady on the phone pretty much had this “don’t worry, I’ve got this” attitude and I was impressed! Could this be? An hour later a man called me to tell me everything had been done and the medication was ready and to come get it because it was important for my son to have the dose as soon as possible. Honestly, one of the best HEB pharmacies. They are always fast, polite, and I feel like they look out for me with letting me know if something is cheaper through their program vs using insurance. Great group of people working here.

I want to thank HEB for their excellent service and patience. The other day I went with my sick daughter, and there was a problem with the insurance, but they immediately helped me resolve it. Thank you, because it's stressful to feel sick and be ignored, but that wasn't the case here. Thank you, HEB.

H.E.B. has always been one of my grocery store favorites, since moving from Seattle to Texas. They seem to have it all. The employee are friendly and helpful. I've noticed that H.E.B. is always busy, no matter what time of day it is. I guess that's not a bad thing, after thinking about it. It tells me that people in general know where to go, when it comes to finding quality.

H-E-B always has the best to choose from, but I wanted to give a shout out to Luke. Thanks so much for helping get my groceries out to my vehicle. It was a huge help. Much appreciated.
