H-E-B Pharmacy

I used to love this pharmacy, but lately they act like it’s a burden to do anything for you. When there’s an issue with your prescription, they don’t tell you. You just find out when you show up and are met with attitude for “wasting their time asking questions”.

The staff here is incredibly RUDE. I called to ask about a prescription of mine and the lady I spoke to had such a terrible attitude. They seem to not care about professionalism.

It was easy to use the HEB app to refill my prescriptions. This location sent me a message letting me know when mine were ready to pickup.

Got to the best pharmacy option in the area. Hats off to these folks. They work hard for their customers and patients.

First let me say Im happy for the people that left negative reviews (mostly Karens) by all means GO ELESWHERE so that i can contine to get GREAT service! Kroger in Mongomery needs to close down! CVS and Walgreens are a joke unless you like waiting for hours or days! This pharmacy has yet to let me down! Keep up the great work guys and ignore the haters! Haters gonna hate! Love you guys. and yes, im aware ACCIDENTS happen! Otherwise they would be called "on purposes"! So if there is a mess up on your prescription or other issue CALMLY bring it to their attention and they will correct it! Dont just blindly assume your prescriptioin is correct! They go by YOUR doctors prescription. Perhaps YOUR Dr. or his/her staff are idiots! Thats not on the Pharmacy! Ok rant over. Great job HEB staf
