H-E-B Pharmacy

Pharmacy has really been sliding downhill for a couple years. They do not look at their notes from refill to the next, always trying to push generic which in my case is almost twice as much causing multiple trips to correct, if you have multiple prescriptions they never have multiple ones done but offer to have you wait 15-30 min to fill all of them even with several days notice.

The technician I dealt with today was so rude and unprofessional that I am now considering switching pharmacies. You should train your employees to be friendly, or at the very least polite, when dealing with customers in need of help. I had a simple question about why my prescription hadn’t been refilled because I was notified by my doctor that the refill was sent two weeks ago. I was treated like an idiot by your staff and given no help at all to resolve this issue.

I had a prescription for one of my horses. I tried multiple places to have the script filled. No luck until HEB pharmacy. Finally, thank goodness and they were super quick and very friendly!

I've had a lot of prescriptions in the last couple years. I used to go to another supermarket, but switched to HEB. All the staff here are super helpful and accommodating. They even told me about their specialty pharmacy when I needed a specialty med. Great people here. I'd absolutely recommend.

08-09-24 Kylie b waited on me in Rx drive thru around 18:30..... She's super nice, pleasant, fast, professional, caring, and helpful. I have spoken to her multiple occasions on the phone to call in my refills, and she is equally as pleasant!! Love this pharmacy. Brandy the rph is always great and diligent about counseling on all new rxs and drug interactions. Best crew ever!!
