Can't be perfect five stars because no HEB chocolate milk. why the shortages? Nevertheless, a wonder place to reload on essentials such as fruits and veggies. the produce appears cheaper than in my area of San Antonio must because there is/are less Karens in Hondo.

I absolutely fell in love with this heb. I went to pick up a prescription for my daughter and had the most helpful employee named Carla. She was so up beat and had no issue answering all my questions. She even offered to check my blood pressure, glucose and a1c for free. Despite being a smaller heb she made sure my experience was above expectations!

Susie and her peers (Except the manager) will smile and laugh at you when you are having trouble getting your family members medication. They are unorganized and unprofessional! DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH DISRESPECT! UPDATE: They are still garbage and they will tell you that they have your family members prescription ready by a certain date and time and then when you go in to pick it up they will make the excuse that you need to call the insurance company and that it is out of stock. GARBAGE

This was my go to pharmacy for years unfortunately this is no longer the case they are always out of common medicines and rarely answer the phone if you are calling to check on a prescription, again I loved the convenience of the drive through but sadly your better off going into Walmart. I hope it gets better definitely has the potential just needs more staff. And learn how to charge correctly when a customer has two insurances. I don’t blame the staff they just need better training.

I went to get my prescription after visiting the dr for refills. I waited 2 hours since I live 22 miles from there and can’t make a second trip. I went and I was told the computer was down so there was nothing they could do. I am working in uvalde and left the following day as soon as I could. I was going to be 5 minutes late so I called and ask if someone could wait for 5 minutes. I was told that they would not, I told them I had already been there to pick them up and I could not because the lines were down, they told me is wasn’t their fault and they would not wait. I’ve been without my meds for 2 days. I moved to this pharmacy because of the extra mile they would do for their clients. With the new staff members this seems to have changed.
