H-E-B Pharmacy

This brand-new pharmacy at H-E-B is absolutely top-notch. The pharmacists, techs, and entire team were friendly, knowledgeable, and truly went the extra mile. Taylor & Jan, the pharmacists, are incredible. Professional, kind, and so good at what they do. Taylor gave me a flu shot and I didn’t feel a thing. The store itself is great (because H-E-B always is), but this pharmacy is on another level. Efficient, welcoming, and genuinely caring. I won’t go anywhere else.

Ms. Taylor (I believe she’s the pharmacist there) was simply lovely, friendly and most importantly, a life saver with the RX I needed filled, but it is under a shortage everywhere in the country! After calling so many pharmacies, she was the kindest compared to the many I’ve talked with this month. I understand shortages aren’t anyone’s fault, but there are a few times I’ve encountered bad customer service, let alone, lack of empathy and kindness during an already frustrating event such as this. Ms. Taylor and her team were prompt and I felt her smile through the phone. Thanks, HEB, for employing her!
