Spoke to Len and handled everything very gracefully and efficiently! I was worried this was a scam at first but they had all the documents and account information ready. He was also very kind and had great customer service.

Scammers. Never heard of them and then start receiving vague bills after my child’s birth. Received a bill saying it was headed to collections if not paid immediately … 6 months later and it was never sent to collections and I’m still getting regular fake looking bills from them.

Avoid them if you can – all insurance claims and appeals will be on you. Even if you manage to get your insurance to pay them, they won’t update your account balance, and there won’t be a thing you could do about them because they won’t answer any calls, voicemails or emails. I’ve been dealing with billing issues with Gwinnett Neonatology for over a year, and the situation remains unresolved. This is, by far, the most unprofessional and inefficient billing department I’ve ever dealt with. I didn’t even choose their neonatology services - they were part of the delivery process at Johns Creek Emory Hospital. Given the nature of neonatology - where newborns are typically added to insurance policies after the neonatology services - you’d think their billing department would be know how to ha
