I had my first visit here and it was such a great experience! The staff was so nice and welcoming. The whole office had such a positive vibe. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish!

Surprise billing. Staff claim that they don't have the ability to see if I have done any panoramic X-rays elsewhere within certain timeframe. My previous dentist could check my insurance beforehand and verify with me about my benefits. Should they have warned me about the allowance, I could have gave him the panoramic picture. They just didn't run my insurance before hand, did the X-ray, did not notify me about the charges and just billed me a month later.

Awesome experience. Carine is the best!! She was very very patient with me as I’m very afraid of dentist. She took her time and was truly the best ever!! I thank God for her!!
