I have been going to this dentist for a year now and Dr. Phung is absolutely delightful. The staff in front desk have good customer service. My favorite front desk person is cindy. She always sweet and very helpful with any questions i have. I definitely do recommend this place. Any type of procedure is done with care and gentle matter. Unlike other dentist where they either rough and rude.

Dr. Phung and the entire office staff are absolutely amazing! Hands down, the best dentist I’ve ever had and honestly, how many people can say that about their dentist? They make every visit comfortable, professional, and even enjoyable. I truly appreciate their care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Update. My new appointment was kept and the procedure started on time. The Staff was friendly and the doctor and hygienist took great care of me. I usually have a lot of sensitivity when getting a deep cleaning, but none whatsoever today. Given today’s experience, I will attribute the prior error in scheduling as an oversight and look forward to giving the chance to continue using them as my dentist. I have another appointment in the future. Considering recommending my wife to give them a try due to the comfort of the cleaning experience today. Unprofessional group. Was told that I had an appointment on Nov 17th at 1pm. I arrive 15 minutes early to be told that not only do they not have me scheduled, but the next available appointment is 4 weeks away. Love Dr Phung! Efficient and friendly. Ara the hygienist is great and very thorough. She is a great educator. The front desk ladies are very nice. Megan even held my hand when I was getting a numbing shot. Josh is cool and friendly.

Dr. Phang is great! He is very talented and thoughtful and thorough. Donna is the best dental assistant I have ever had. Cindy & Terri are very helpful dealing with the insurance companies and appointments. I love this place!
