We always have a hard time reaching anyone when it comes to ordering medications but recently had terrible experience with Manny (the guy in the prescription ordering department). He neglected to input the most important prescription at the beginning of the month to our online pharmacy resulting in a 3 week lapse in getting the medication. We called back on the 20th and had him submit the medication but when the company faxed them for verification the request was never answered. When I called upset he was very rude and condescending. He made the statement that "You could just go to the pharmacy and it would be more convenient! If that was the case I would have done that to begin with. When I asked if he could just take care of it so I could get back to work he said "I need to get bac

Dr Hayat is an absolute joke! My cardiologist passed away so I have been going to Dr DeLaney and he seems to care, but I went 3 months or longer without anyone monitoring the defibrillator as the paperwork was just forgotten exactly what I was told, which Hayat seems to be running. I was actually scolded on not going to the wrong room to be checked on my last visit, but we all go to whatever room they take us to! They were checking me for a device I don’t have and to me that’s extremely concerning. Then to top this off I received a letter from 3 weeks ago visit threatening me with collections for $16.39 and I’ve not even received a bill, but again this is only 3 weeks ago! You have been advised.

Dr. Siegfried is the best cardiologist ever. Very thorough, very friendly, and he takes as much time as you need. Jennifer Turley in the Coumadin Clinic is great - she's just the right amount of nice and tough to keep me doing what I should with my meds.

Good luck trying to obtain any records from them. No one even bothers to call you back. All you get is meaningful conversation with their voice mail. The Dr. was very nice.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Sean Delaney for over 15 years. Excellent care. Dr Delaney and his support staff are very caring and compassionate. I highly recommend them 🐱
