I've had a very frustrating experience following a recent appointment that was specifically scheduled to obtain a prescription. During the visit, I was told a two-month prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. However, it was never submitted, did not appear in MyChart, and after multiple follow-up calls over two days I still don't have my prescription. To make matters worse, it is now Friday and the office is closed until Monday, meaning I will have to wait next week to see if I can get in contact with someone and receive my medication. Since the entire purpose of the appointment was to obtain this prescription, the lack of follow-through has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially since I've come to this clinic multiple times before and I'm an established patient. I was at the Cleveland Park location on a Wednesday for an urgent care visit for nerve disorder and paresthesias. A very nice Dr. Stout wanted to check my Vitamin B12 and Folate levels but there was no lab tech available. Not happy about that. The summary indicates that I "Go to LABCORP." However, (1) I would need written orders that I do not have and (2) I always go to Quest Diagnostics. So on the following Friday I called to try to set an appointment to return for lab tests. That is a feat in itself. To actually reach the specific location is a miracle. When I finally did reach someone I was told I would have to go on the website and use that. Why? I am not a regular patient. However, I need to schedule an appointment so that I can use my insurance for transportation. I have to give

I set up my appointment over the phone and then set up my account. I found the Computer experience easy and well managed. I got to this clinic the day of my appointment 20 mins early and was happily checked in my the friendly clerk up front. Once checked in the process was a breeze from there. I give the clinic 4 stars because the waiting room had a smell of urine and the floors looked a bit muddy. Overall customer/medical experience was great! Would recommend!

Wouldn’t recommend this office -Honestly, very poor communication. I had a lab test ordered during my exam. They said the tech was out to lunch for the next hour so I came back that day. I was then told they wouldn’t be back for another 30 minutes. I call ahead and go in again and the lab tech still isn’t there. They don’t post the hours or give any information to actually speak to anyone at this location.

Today I contacted this location as a follow up to an appointment I cancelled inJune 2025. Since I had device/ technology issues, I am working on access to "My Chart" and I am unable to contact the healthcare provider. I needed the test assignment next in "my chart" so I could schedule the test, receive the results and follow up on my appointment. The woman on the phone asked did I want to make an appointment. I needed to find out what was next in my chart. I understand that she could not look in there and just tell me..Then she proceeded to tell me it doesn't work that way, and she is giving me " the options that I have and how this works" .
