GW Pharmacy

GW is a wonderful pharmacy. They make you feel like they’re part of your family. They always explain what’s going on step-by-step. If it’s a wait it is the most comfortable wait you’ve ever experienced. Even after a long day at the doctors appointments if feels good to come into smiling faces and warm welcomes❤️

I’m so glad I switched to this pharmacy! I had been disappointed with my previous pharmacy due to ordering delays and other issues, so I made the switch. It was the best decision! The staff at this pharmacy is top notch, friendly and always willing to answer questions. I feel comfortable with them handling my prescriptions.

I like this pharmacy bc they always have my medications and they mail them for me the people there r very nice the line gets long at times but they do move pretty quickly to get u in and out I love them

I was in excruciating pain after surgery and needed my oxycodone prescription. Although she wasn't ready yet, this girl made me forget my pain in a minute with her kindness and humor. She made me laugh. I told her she brightened my day but I don't think she understood why. This is the first time I've seen her at this pharmacy and I was very pleased with the customer service, nothing to say. I didn't bother to remember her name, it's too bad for me; I don't want to be disrespectful to her, I just want to try to convey my thanks to her and I know that through this you can know who I'm talking about. She is a nice African woman with colored highlights on her head. Unwavering dedication to her work and a lot of empathy for her.

I recently started seeing a doctor at GW MFA, so I figured that receiving my RXes to their pharmacy would be easy. The process to get the RXes from the doctor to the pharmacy has been quite simple, but getting them to fulfill them has been a bit of a headache. This is my first order through this pharmacy and I have had to call them multiple times to inquire about the prescription status, often waiting on hold for extended period of times. The folks I have spoken to have been kind -- special shoutout to Christian -- but honestly their communication leaves a lot to be desired. Not sure if future fills will be easier. --- Update: This pharmacy's communication continues to be less than stellar. They recently implemented a courier fee and gave no communication to that effect, so I am scrambl
