Customer Reviews
I never write reviews like this but I had the WORST experience here. I wish I read reviews before going here. The doctor refuses to send my prescription to CVS and tells me I have to get it at their pharmacy and their pharmacy is not giving me the medication (waiting for over a week now). The doctor is also not reviewing my test results or answering my message in MyChart about taking medications for my new diagnosis. I made an appointment at MedStar and it will be faster for me to see a new doctor than to deal with this facility. DO NOT GO HERE.
Completely misdiagnosed me. Dr. Ng encouraged me to have my colon removed because he didn’t want to take 5 minutes to diagnose me correctly. They also don’t even answer the phone (and there’s no voicemail option) when you need to make an appointment. Avoid.
Due to public transit issues, my NP was unable to make my appointment. His boss came into my room (very kind) and said that he was en route but depending on timing he wouldn’t be able to see me. I understand needing to cut an appointment to stay on schedule, but I am disappointed that I took off work for this appointment and spent 1 hr waiting inside a GW facility when I could’ve been doing anything else.
Gabriel Diaz is my NP. He was extremely efficient and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend. I was taken back quickly and didn’t wait long in the room before being seen. MFA was very pleasant as well.
I'm leaving a 1 star review for this place, but if I could leave a 0 star review, I would. To say that my fiancee's experience at this practice has been horrible would be a gross understatement and wouldn't remotely do the experience justice. My fiancee initially saw Dr. Gabriel Diaz and quite frankly we weren't impressed with him or his treatment of my fiancee. He was quick to invalidate what she was saying she was feeling and appeared skeptical of her despite her having a long, complicated history of GI issues. Eventually, he told her that she would need to have an endoscopy so we could move forward with understanding the cause of her chronic stomach pain and discomfort as well as officially confirming whether she has celiac disease or not. Our experience since scheduling the initial end
