I had really high hopes in communication with this lab when I was not seeing eye to eye with my dentist. GV dental lab and myself corresponded through emails where several pictures were sent of the current look and what I was hoping for. I am relatively young so ensuring I look most like myself is extremely important. I am also in the medical profession particularly the beauty side of medicine so getting this as close to myself as possible meant a lot to me. When I received the product back I seen not only were there no changes made but I even gave the lab a chance to correct me if there was. I waited a week for their reply to no avail.
