Where to start. This facility should be and needs to be shut down. They do not care about your loved one. They hire young punks who do not value human life. On one of my visits my loved one stated she had to use the restroom. I was in no position to help her as a week prior to my visit she fell and broke her hip. I went to the staff desk and informed the staff. A staff member said she would be right there. A few minutes later, the said staff member did not come. I went back to the desk and noticed the said staff member was involved in a personal conversation and didn't want to be bothered. I stood my ground and demanded they stopped their actions. I made them walk with me to my loved ones room. Upon entering the room my loved one was half way out of the bed trying to make it to the restro

Brand new state of the art senior care facility w great lighting and separate neighborhoods for residents. Neighborhoods include residents rooms, living room with TV area, nurse station and common area.
