From the second you walk through the door, you are greeted with a smile. The front desk staff was friendly and professional Dr Vickers and Danielle are amazing and I would recommend highly to friends, family and neighbors. True professionals in a very warm environment.

Cannot say enough about Dr. Vickers and staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, caring and professional. After 4 doctors incorrectly diagnosing me Dr. Vickers did a great job on my biopsy and reconstructive lid surgery. Him and his staff were also quick to respond after hours to any concerns or questions. Lucky to have found him and his staff.

Dr Victors and his staff are Truly AMAZING. Have been dealing with an eye lash condition called Tricasis for almost two years now where my eyelashes grown into my eyes and every couple weeks I have to get them removed by plucking them out. Every time I feel them growing into my eyes Cecilia gets me in right away to have them plucked. Him and his staff are so caring and kind. Don’t know what I would do without them.

Due to the fact that my eyelids were starting to affect my vision, I sought out a good doctor for surgery to correct the problem. Dr. Vickers was highly recommended by many people including my eye doctor. His staff was very professional and caring and put my mind at ease before and after the surgery. Dr. Vickers is an extremely skilled surgeon and I was very happy with the results.

My mother needed to have cancer surgery for her eye. The billing department assured my father that if he paid the $1,400.00 up front that he would get reimbursed for the money. She had it all set. After months of lies and deception this is the quote emailed to us from the doctor's office: "I never should have promised you something that was out of my control to see it through to its completeness." The email ended with: "Perhaps you will have better luck". In other words, I lied, you paid, tough luck. Fortunately, surgery went well but clearly, they only wanted the money from a fixed income family with cancer. Buyer beware, do not trust this billing department. We are stuck with a $1,400.00 bill we were "Promised" would be taken care of.
