I never, ever have time to write reviews, I am just a very busy person, but for the benefit of future patients and to denounce my experience, I felt compelled to take some time and write this honest review. Absolutely worst receptionists and customer service ever. They are rude and nasty. They talk loud and everyone has to hear your private business. Also, there is no privacy when you have to respond. The sitting area and the receptionist booth are feet away. They also tell you to come with no appointment and to just come for the office and then when you come, they make you wait more than an 1 1/2 hrs. Very inconsiderate with people’s time. They take forever to fill out forms from doctors or from your insurance. They never seem to get the results of any exams. I will never go back to

I went there for a followup, and the two persons working at front are very nasty and rude..I have to go to different dr. From now on..since I was treated very bad..I felt I have to say this ..I know the economy is very bad,,but hired those elements was very bad decision..used to be nice place to be attended. Sorry for the change.

Los doctores muy buenos! Pero el servicio al cliente es horrible! no hay organizacion para nada no mandan las recetas, nunca tienen los resultados de los exámenes, nunca cojen el teléfono y la espera para las visitas son de más de 1 hora

El doctor Arjona como médico es excelente pero ya no se encuentra trabajando, en estos momentos es igual qué estar en un barco a la deriva, no sabes ni quien te va atender en la consulta, las recepcionistas son déspotas y mal educadas, no se lo recomendaría a ningún paciente.

Muy mala atención al cliente, muy poco profesionales las recepcionistas, mala organización, poca comodidad para el cliente, el peor consultorio que e ido en mi vida.
