I have had to visit GuideWell Emergency Doctors in Winter Park on several occasions, and every single experience has been outstanding. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and incredibly efficient. The check-in process is always smooth, and wait times are impressively short, which truly makes a difference during an emergency. The facility is spotless, modern, and very well organized, creating a calm and comfortable environment — as much as possible in an emergency setting. The medical team is attentive, compassionate, and thorough, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure you feel cared for and reassured. Oh my goodness, I actually give them 100 out of 10! They are the best Urgent Care type place I've ever been to In my life! They're like a miniature hospital! It looks like the only thing they can't do is an MRI they can do ultrasounds and CAT scans, etc. And I venture to say anything and everything else you need done except for an MRI. They offer way more than any Centra Care I've ever been to. I went to the one in Winter Park and from the minute I walked in I got taken right back and just like in a hospital there was one or two people working on my issues at the same time and had me hooked up to monitors just like they do in the hospital and they were just beyond amazing! I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you Guidewell for taking such good care of me!

Just had a great experience at GuideWell. My visit was extremely thorough and efficient. To be able to get a CT scan, IV steroid and antibiotics and blood tests all within the same visit is extremely convenient and provided answers and necessary treatment immediately. Normally, one would have to go to 3 different offices over a couple week period to accomplish all that they did in just 2 hours. I am extremely grateful to the doctors, nurses and caregivers at GuideWell for giving me top notch treatment!

My experience exceeded my expectations. A young lady named Julia was incredibly polite and helpful, assisting me with the paperwork and greeting me with a warm, friendly smile. She was very professional and caring, took me to the room, and made sure I was comfortable. The doctor was excellent, and the rest of the staff were also very kind and attentive. I was in and out of the ER in less than an hour. I highly recommend GuideWell ER.

I’ve been coming to this location for 10 years and I can honestly say, they have never let me down. The doctors and nurses on staff are always so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always relieve my stress and anxiety with whatever I’m coming in for. I always recommend this location simply because you can get all of the benefits of an emergency room visit without having to wait and without the insane price. They make a booking super easy on the Solv app. I just cannot recommend them enough!!
