GuideWell Emergency Doctors

First time visiting, it looks like a hospital with 19 private rooms and the nurses/Doctors desk in the middle. Has been treated like royalty. I had an emergency with fever, high blood pressure, elevated heart rate. As long as I arrived they didn’t allow me to seat at the lobby, I was called in immediately. The nurse was already waiting for me with the EKG machine, they put me IV, take blood samples, gave me a bunch of meds through IV to stabilize me. All of the staff that encountered me was compassionate, they took good care of me during my emergency. Was there 3 hours. Thanks to Dr Ramnarain, Eartha (xray), Zamira (nurse) and all of the staff who took good care of me. I felt secure and in good hands. I highly recommend Guidewell Emergency Doctors specially the Kissimmee office.

I looked at the reviews before coming here and was a bit skeptical not sure what is going on with the 1 star reviews but the entire staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I told them I didn’t have insurance and both the front desk staff and the doctor were willing to work with me. I spent $250 on the visit and was able to get a diagnosis and treatment and an additional exam included. They were very transparent about the pricing which made me feel a lot more comfortable and they don’t rope you into tests and exams you don’t want to do because of financial reasons. I was able to opt out of an exam I felt was unnecessary in the moment. Overall I got the care I needed and knew exactly how much was going to be charged at the end of the visit. I left very satisfied and happy I chose this place.

I am not coming here for the first time. I have come here before when both my child and I needed help. I must say that everything here is of the highest standard. Starting with the facilities — they are very clean, nice, and free of unpleasant odors. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the comprehensive approach to identifying problems and providing treatment. The doctors and medical staff are true professionals. They listen attentively and conduct thorough, comprehensive examinations, including tests, swabs, and X-rays. Every time, I feel that I am in safe and reliable hands. One small downside is that sometimes — not always — there can be a long wait while doctors and medical staff change shifts or coordinate with each other when you are already in the examinat

Very well trained nurses and doctors. My doctor listened to everything that I was feeling, he gave his professional opinion but to determine what I really had he proceeded to do thorough tests on me to determine what I really have. Although I was there for a long time but it was worth the wait. The doctor told me what I had and proceeded to give me the appropriate medication. Personally I like the way they treat their patients.

First time using services of an emergency clinic. And thankfully I chose well! I was very impressed with speed and quality of service of final diagnosis of my kidney stone and referral to hospital of my choice for removal. Thank God I am now home and recovering from a serious problem. I also thank Dra. Rodriguez for her timely conversation and discussion about my diagnosis. Her attention meant a lot and made me realize how serious my situation was.
