Never again will I use this pharmacy, every time I picked up my prescription I would only receive 30, 45, 60 never the full amount of 90. I wouldn’t mind if I lived in longville but when you live 1hr away it’s just a hassle to get your medicine that they never have the full amount. They told me to let the know when my next appointment was so I told them. Then the day after my appointment I go there and they told me me they only have this amount and to contact a different pharmacy for the remainder of medication.

GuidePoint has become our hometown pharmacy and we are pleased with them. Some scripts we require are not typically stocked so Kelly had ordered them and they arrived the next day or in two days. Both Kelly and Laura have been kind to call when scripts are ready, happy to fax for refills, and willing to explain pre-approval processes to me thoroughly, and again a second time when I didn't understand. I have pestered them just before 5 pm a couple times and they hustle so i can get scripts before they close. In addition, a private consultation room was handy (and considerate) when the lead pharmacist answered my questions. We are grateful that little Longville has GuidePoint!

They were friendly and knowledgeable. I am from out of town and they filled my prescription and dealt with my insurance with no problems. They’re conveniently located right on the main street. I stopped in during the turtle races and they helped me immediately with no wait.
