I attempted to schedule a dental appointment with this office and was told I could not be accepted as a patient because my mother had an unpaid balance from 1999, when I was nine years old. I made it clear that I was a minor at that time and had no legal or financial responsibility for that account. Despite this, and despite offering to pay the old balance myself, the office still refused to schedule me. What makes this even more concerning is that my children have been patients at this same office for over 13 years without any problems or mention of this alleged issue. This policy is unreasonable, unethical, and discriminatory. Refusing care to an adult for a decades‑old balance associated with their parent—especially when the person was a child—is unacceptable. Excellent experience! I haven't been to a dentist in YEARS and I had first seen Dr. Megan Guest who was really nice and patient with me. Dr Cheston Guest took great care and concern of my back tooth problem because I had let it go for awhile unfortunately. All the staff from reception to Taylor the dental assistant and Patricia were very welcoming, professional, and compassion!

10/10. Met these folks for the first time today on a less than pleasant reason. I had a tooth break yesterday and needed some help. Got me in on a cancellation spot. They were all so nice. Very straight forward with me about what I needed to have done and we got a plan in motion. Super nice. Great work. CLEAN office. Dr. Meaghan Guest and Lindsay were superior.

The most pleasant and comfortable dental experience I’ve ever had. Staff are incredibly nice and welcoming, and the super cool office just adds to the whole experience. Highly recommend!
