I would give zero stars if I could I have credit on my account before they switched to guardian. I ask to get a refund check for the credit I have on my account. They are tanking advantage of me financially $ 150.00 to 175.00 I have been fighting them for 3 months now. They 1 sent it takes 4 6 weeks. I never got it. The 2 time 4 - 6 weeks never showed up still I don't have it. This is how their loyal customer they are stealing my money by taking advantage of me financially I still have to pay my bills with that money that why I am Fighting. I am on limited income. They are stealing my money that is rightfully mine

If I could give this company zero stars I would do so. I have spent a great deal of time on the phone trying to get you to fix our June statement which has over $850 in over charges. You failed to understand that diabetic drugs are now charged at no more than $35.00 per month. When I finally spoke with you, you said that you would correct the mistake and send me a new bill. I just saw a charge for over $975 on my credit card. I am furious. Now I have to get tangled in the web of your awful telephone system waiting for a call back. I am so sorry that my husband's assisted living facility requires me to use your company.

The billing and communication practices for this company are very bad. If your loved one is in a facility that uses them, buyer beware. Had I known of how inconsistent they bill, the astronomical amount of fees and the inaccuracy of bills sent were, I would have taken them into consideration for choosing to place. They charged $70 one month for THREE tablets and the monthly script was $30. It wasn’t until I caught the charge and called on it that they fixed it… with a small apology. However, if I didn’t catch it, they would have never changed it. Poor business practices. Expect to pay $100’s more than you would normally pay than for a LTC pharmacy like MAC’s. I wish we had them at current location because they were reasonable, communicated AND never charged so much or over charged. Gua

We were forced to use this company at the assisted living. They autocharged $300 to mother's credit card. Even though medication was paid through hospice. I have spent months trying to resolve this only to listen to music on hold. Then auto transferred over to leave a message. Nobody returns my call. This place is such a scam. Try not to use them if possible.
