Guardian Pharmacy of Anaheim

Love this pharmacy. They are real people and you can talk to someone when there is an issue, not a 20 branch phone tree. They are nice, helpful, and people seem to have good critical thinking skills vs the procedure focused robots at the big chain pharmacies. I like dealing with them for my mother.

The pharmacist at my previous chain pharmacy only appeared when I needed to collect my prescription after waiting in line. The pharmacist at Guardian Pharmacy provided me with an entirely different experience than what I had at my previous pharmacy. The pharmacist spent a short time talking to me before completing my prescription. She became my friend for a short instant when I shared news about my new puppy before returning to her role as my medical provider. The staff at Guardian Pharmacy handled my insurance problem efficiently while providing me with complimentary ibuprofen for my current backache.

Do not use this Pharmacy!!!! I repeat... do not use this Pharmacy!!!! They billed me for medication that was not mine. They refused to resolve it. I had to dispute it with the Insurance company. When you call the Billing department you only get a voicemail to leave a message. They do not ever call you back. I had to call to fill a prescription line to then get them to get a live person on the phone. This pharmacy is very Shady. Only use the Big brand names like CVS and Walgreens. When I spoke with the Billing Agent she accused me as a Liar. Very Humiliating. I am also reporting them to the State Insurance Commissioner.

An irresponsible pharmacy. I don't recommend it at all. And apart from a Lord who serves very rudely
