Katelyn was amazing! she made my daughters experience with getting braces very smooth and easy. me and my daughter left very happy! the staff was all very kind and the energy was very welcoming!

I called to get my daughter. The lady i spoke with was rude. As in she didn't have time for my questions for being on a wait list. She even told me to go to a different place if I didnt like her answers Im sorry I was just trying to figure out how long the wait time is. Never go here. Not people friendly. She even hung up on me.

Sadly I have to give a 2 star rating when the back staff deserves 5 star but the front lady was so rude and dismissive that I honestly felt uncomfortable during my child's appointment. I hate that for the next 2 years I will have to see her during each visit (this has been going on for 6 months). The doctors and assistants are amazing to say the least but they need a new receptionist

Amazing place every time I come here always good vibes very nice and welcoming and all the workers are amazing the desk lady as soon as you walk in is very welcoming as well !!

Should be 5 stars! Assistants and orthodontists are amazing and provide top quality care. Unfortunately, the experience is brought down to 3 stars when you walk in and have to deal with the most unwelcoming, non-chalant, and rude receptionist you could imagine encountering. Could definitely use some customer service and professionalism training refreshers.
