Grubb's Dental Lab

Do not rely on these people to do what they say they will. I’m a patient at ECU school of dental medicine. ECU has had problems with them in the past so I would have thought they’d go the extra mile to earn ECUs business back. I had a very important job interview so had to have my denture back the next day. They guaranteed they’d have my denture back to me so we went with Grubbs. I show up for my appointment and my denture had not been delivered by 3:00 as promised. To make matters worse they don’t answer the phone so we can’t find out what’s going on. I have to call my important job interview to reschedule at the last minute which you know made a horrible first impression. So thanks Grubbs for not doing what you promised, not answering your phone, and costing me a job. You are awesome.
