Customer Reviews
LITERALLY the most unprofessional, rude staff ever. Clear the staff start from scratch. Unless it’s the middle-aged woman at the checkout, she’s the only nice person in that whole building. The doctors are mediocre at best. The rest of the staff are absolute 0s. Brought my son in for a glucose test, mind you, he’s insured. Initially, I was told his appointment was cancelled verbatim, “just because the nurse practitioner said so” Obviously I didn’t like that response or the attitude of the girl on the phone, so I went to the office in person to see who this rude girl was & for clarity of why my son's SIMPLE glucose test appointment was cancelled. I was told that this office doesn’t do glucose tests because of the cost of the test. mind you, they cost roughly $5 to physicians. Nonetheless, t
Staff is friendly , but waited almost an hour for my child appointment. Which is not the first time. Then waited over an hour to go pick up my child prescription. Once I go pick up the prescription they tell me they never received anything from grove park.. I then had to call them to send my daughter’s prescription again, when they told me they had already sent it in the first place before leaving my appointment. Totally switched after this .
Front desk is nice. The older lady (I don’t know her name that’s the only way I can describe her) there is always nice to me when I bring my kids in for an appointment, she always schedules follow up appointments. Over hour long wait periods to be seen. Leslie is the only nurse who is friendly when I come in. There are no smiles or anything when you come in. The doctor my child see is nice, but it takes so long to be seen. They do fit my kids in when they are sick, but it still takes about an hour to be seen when you arrive for the appointment.
I do not recommend taking your children to this office. There are extremely long wait times, there is always at least a 25-40 minute wait each time. I have noticed that they are only friendly to a certain ethnic group. They will not even smile at you. Doctors and staff could be nicer, their attitudes are NOT welcoming at all. Doctors and staff are just straight to the point & very dry. You spend more time in the waiting area than the doctor spends time with the patient. If you don’t speak Spanish, they will make you feel like you need to go elsewhere. Today will be our last visit.
New mothers specifically on Medicaid ⚠️BEWARE ⚠️ Nobody should be asking you to pay a deposit “ in case your insurance doesn’t go through “. Legit offices will just bill you. If this happens, contact your case worker and report them. They’ll help you find somewhere safe to take your infant. You should not be paying deposits for your newborn’s first visit. Don’t let them pressure you. It smells unsanitary and frankly atrocious, unprofessional and shifty. I’d advise you to skip it all together.
