Now I understood why this Dental has 1.5 ranking stars. I scheduled my appointment twice and both times they cancelled it due to Doctor emergency. I don’t know how long patient should wait for appointment?

This place is the worst dental work. I would give 0 stars if I could. They did a root canal on a tooth then didn't finish the crown. Did not know how to do the billing. Took so long the tooth needs to be extracted. This place is no good stay away

I got two root canals done today! The assistant with the headscarf 🧕 was amazing also the one in the purple. The Doctors were beyond amazing very gentle and professional. I almost slept during the procedure. The front staff was very attentive. Thank you guys!!! I was in so much pain. May God bless you all. ❤️❤️ Your patient Safiyyah

I don't know if the owner of this place knows what's going on in his/her office. I scheduled an appointment 3 1/2 months in advance. Got a call from their office one business day before the actual appointment saying they have to postpone the appointment another 3 1/2 months. Wow! On top of that, the office lady was implying that it was my fault being a new patient. I suspect the office staff is not happy with the owner and don't really care anymore, based on the tone of the convo I had with that lady on the phone. If you don't mind cancelation/postponement or rude staff, it may work for you. Imagine if you need some emergency dental work. How would that work out then?

Asked three times over several months if they take my insurance AND perform a specific procedure covered by my insurance. Drove 3H round trip. They only cover the initial exam/ xray- otherwise do not take my insurance. Waste of time. The receptionist with tattooed arms did all the work with the other two girls sat on their phones scrolling social media, making zero eye contact and or acknowledging patients.
