This is the one! For several years I went to an expensive dental practice on the Islands that seemed mostly interested in maximizing profits, and 3-D printing crappy crowns that don't even last a year. I asked my DDS for a "reverse" referral, and was, thankfully, sent to Dr. Groover. Right away I felt like he actually cared. 1) Dr. Groover cares, and explained everything he was going to do thoroughly; 2) He used enough novocaine, but not SO MUCH that my face was rubbery and itchy for hours and hours afterwards; 3) The crown that was made was by far the best I have ever had. I have had 4 crowns made by 3 different dentists over the years, and Dr. Groover's is the best shaped, the best feeling, and the best looking. It's not even close. A friend gave me a surprise invitation to her church Dutch Treat luncheon at a local restaurant. I really wanted to attend, but the date fell on the same morning as my Groover Family Denistry 6 months dental cleaning at 10 AM. I should arrive at the luncheon by 11AM. I arrived a little early for my appointment on that Monday. I should not have worried. I shared my situation with the receptionist, Lindsey. She just sent messages to the doctor and my dental hygienist alerting them . They got every thing done, checked, and perfect as it can be. I made it on time. I enjoy going to this dentist office. Every one likes each other and respects each other. They treat each other right. They treated me right. And they'll treat you right, too.

My mom’s previous dentist retired, and not long after, she developed a toothache. I searched online for a nearby dentist and found Dr. Groover’s practice. From our very first call with the receptionist, we felt as though we had been patients there for years. Lyndsay took care of my mom during her visit. Because my mom has a pacemaker, she needed to have her tooth removed by a specialist, whom Dr. Groover kindly referred us to. The extraction went smoothly. We returned a couple of months afterwards to Dr. Groover’s office because, just before her original dentist retired, my mom had received new partial dentures. Dr Groover and his staff are so friendly. My 88 year old mom and I are patients. He has been very patient with my mom as things can get very challenging with older adults and their teeth. He is a great dentist - highly recommend!

Dr Groover is the best dentist I have ever gone to. He did my dentures and has followed up with me for over a year to make sure they are comfortable and fit correctly as my mouth changed with them. He listens to what you have to say. He has done a filling for me and was finished before I knew he had started. Absolutely no discomfort. And I used to have to go to a hypnotist in order to get through a dental appointment. His office staff is wonderful! They do anything necessary in order for you to complete your visit. Great dental practice! I wholeheartedly recommend them!!
