Groesbeck LTC Nursing-Rehab

We have been here several times to visit my sister. The way the staff and residents welcome us is such a blessing. Housekeeping is Amazing!!! It smells fresh, clean and feels clean too. The Staff is very attentive to the residents. It feels like home. Thank y'all ALL for the hard work and dedication each one of you give.

Visiting this facility for the very first time as a new employee to the company was more than welcoming. The staff and residents welcomed me into the family with open arms. If you are looking for a home for your love one (short stay or long term care) this is the place to be in Groesbeck. Try them for yourself.

All the staff at Groesbeck LTC are a BLESSING to our community. They have provided excellent care to my loved one for over two years and I couldn’t have asked for a better facility. I am so thankful for the love & compassion they give the residents each & every day!

Do not send your family here! We had never ending problems ranging with everything from a nurse telling my grandmother to "stop crying like a little baby", to nurses not wanting to contact the dr about issues. THE WORST PLACE and I cannot stress that enough. I filed complaints with nurses, the DON, and the administrator while my grandmother was there, my list of complaints include: improper catheter care, medications given late, possible verbal abuse, the wrong diet being served, and wounds not being cleaned. The administrator did try and get to the bottom of it but it seems the staff involved had a "protect our own" mindset. Please send your family to either Mexia LTC, or Fairfield nursing and rehab. My grandma and grandpa has been at GLTC. Grandma had rehab and went home. She loved the rehab team. Later grandpa went for long term care. He loved the activities stating "I'm busy all the time." He discovered new activities and made new friends. The staff is very informative and friendly. The facility is clean and well taken care of. The food is always good.
