Grizzly Pharmacy - Fresno

Decided to try this place after CVS gave me the run around (ultimately would not refill my prescription because my doctor office’s system was down so they had to write me a paper prescription instead of an online order.) I have been going here ever since. I really like going to Grizzly Pharmacy, they are kind and expedient with refilling my medications. 10/10 recommend. Support local!

I could give a stellar review weekly to the Grizzly staff! My comorbidities are extensive due to the industrial accidents I've lived through; and my med history is encyclopedic, feeling like I'm a difficult patient; but they prevent me from feeling "guilty". From the first day I was referred to them, they've been miracle workers! Each member jumps through hoops for me. They've turned what was a conglomeration of errors in disarray with prior pharmacies, into a singular, well oiled machine. I'm now getting, whenever possible, my prescriptions in 3-month supplies. I've never had to wait more than one minute to speak to a staffer when I call them; and the Grizzly free weekly delivery has created serenity in my life. Grizzly is by far the best pharmacy I've been affiliated with in my 70 years

Decided to try this place because of all the raving reviews. I called ahead to confirm they accepted my insurance and was told they did, so I transferred my prescription from CVS to them. After a week went by with no updates, I called back to get my prescription filled. Nothing. I called again and was told they actually don’t accept my insurance. When I mentioned that I already confirmed this before transferring, they said they wouldn’t know until they tried to bill my insurance… meaning the first person I spoke to either lied or had no idea what they were talking about. I asked them to transfer my prescription back to CVS because I needed it filled asap. CVS told me they requested the transfer, but nothing happened for a month. I finally had to call CVS again and practically beg for help

Great Mom and Pop pharmacy, fast service and awesome prices. Aaron W is my favorite pharmacist. Johnny the delivery driver is a Rockstar! Why go anywhere else..

The people are polite get a comfortable feeling not judge mental they excepted me right away and had my prescription ready really fast didn't have to wait all day.
