Grins and Giggles Pediatric Dentistry

If you value a dental visit that respects your child’s experience and your role as a parent, you may want to look elsewhere. Today we had a very disappointing experience at Grins and Giggles. For context, my daughter is three years old, and this was our first visit to this office. From the start, the environment felt anything but welcoming or child-friendly. The dental hygienist called my daughter’s name without introducing herself or explaining her role, then directed us to “sit in the dark blue room.” She immediately put headphones and glasses on my daughter without explaining what was going to happen. My daughter is bilingual and not yet fully proficient in English. I tried to calmly explain what the hygienist was doing, but the cleaning felt rushed and far from gentle. To make matters

Grins and Giggles was absolutely wonderful! Dr. Moore was amazing with my son—so patient, kind, and great at making him feel comfortable. Molly did a fabulous job cleaning his teeth, and she explained everything in such a kid-friendly way. The whole front desk team was incredibly kind as well. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. I’m still in awe of the customer service we received. The office is very kid-friendly, and my son loved all the games they had available. He actually enjoyed his visit, which says a lot! Highly recommend Grins and Giggles for anyone looking for an exceptional pediatric dental experience.

I'm so thankful I found this office! The staff is very friendly and made my little one feel very comfortable with every step from beginning to end. Helping explain what will be happening and offering several options from insurance to pay plans. My current dental insurance is out of network, but for the level of service this office offers, I'll happily pay to ensure my little one gets the best care. I'm looking forward to working with this team as my kiddo grows.

Dr. Moore is amazing! I take my 4 kids there and she has a lot of patience as well as the staff. I am never there more than 1 hour. I highly recommend this office!

My daughter had her first dental appointment here and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming. Dr. Moore was very gentle , friendly and knowledgeable. It truly set the tone for positive dental visits moving forward. Highly recommend for families.
