Griffin Faculty Physicians at White Hills

This was my first time at this facility or with Griffin Health. I have been trying to find a new PCP since my insurance coverage had changed causing me to find all new doctors. I was hesitant considering other reviews, but I am so glad I went. The front staff, however, short staffed due to a snow day, was extremely pleasant. Dr. Balar was great, sweet, and took the time to get to know me. Now I feel so much more relaxed for my next upcoming physical with this new DR.

That was the worst experience of my entire life. I have scheduled an appointment with Dr.Farence couple of weeks ago for my dad who is 86 and coming out of rehab. I called ahead in the morning of an appointment and confirmed the 11:00 am appointment. When we got there, at exactly 11:00 am, we were told that doctor can not see us because we are 15 minutes late. Please keep in mind, that was appointment for my dad who barely gets out of the house, and it took a lot of strength to even show up. The secretary at 224 Leavenworth Road, Shelton, openly told us, that it was instruction from the doctor who is busy with other patients. I told her i have called THIS morning and confirmed 11am time slot, she would openly tell me that his appointment was at 10:45. Even, if that's the case, 15 minutes l
