Griffey Eye Care & Laser Center - Kempsville

My overall experience at Griffey Eye Care was fine. The staff was polite. Dr. Griffey is a very good doctor, professional, and thorough. I did not like the fact that I was there for 2 1/2 hours for my initial consultation w/Dr. Griffey as I was not told (by the scheduler) that prior to the appointment so I could know how to maneuver myself. Other than the unknown time it was a good visit prior to my up coming surgery.

I’ve never had to wait very long. Every time I have visited their office. Everyone is really friendly and informative. Dr. Griffey is wonderful. Takes time with me answers my questions and offers really good suggestions to help me with my eye problems. They really have improved since I’ve been seeing him

I’ve been very pleased with the experience at Griffey Eye Care. Every single person I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They made sure I understood what was going to happen, and that I understood what I needed to do to achieve the desired outcome. I was also quite impressed by the doctor contacting the night of each surgery to make sure everything was going well and whether I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them.

As a new patient at Griffey Eye Care I was impressed with the kindness, professionalism and overall sense of comfort from all personnel. Dr. Griffey personally and thourghly examined my eyes with care and kindness. His open communication during the exam was appreciated. I am greatful and honored to be a patient at Griffey Eye Care.
