I cannot emphasize enough how deeply I recommend Dr. Kanwarpaul Singh Grewal, DO. After enduring more than two years and two months following my accident, I was overwhelmed by severe lower back pain that radiated down both legs, accompanied by numbness, dizziness, and intense pain. I was barely able to walk ten feet before experiencing crippling numbness, dizziness, and a loss of control over my bladder and bowels. If you need pain management I definitely recommend this office. Dr. Mahmudul (Roman ) Patwary is a lovely person. He is caring, respectful ,listen to you . Discuss with you all medical problems and give you alternatives. He always choose the best treatment for you. Now my son is a patient and I continue sharing His name because He is a Great Doctor.His staff very respectful as well. The Wesbury Office is very beautiful with Parking ,and super clean. I didn't like the service. The doctor only reviewed the x-rays I brought. Unlike the doctor I visited the next day, as soon as I arrived, they removed the bandage from my foot, took the x-rays, and immediately scheduled my surgery. This doctor had told me he would perform the surgery in two weeks, and four days after I called to cancel, they hadn't sent anything to the insurance company. They don't care about the patient or the problem they have.

I had an outstanding experience in Grewal Orthopedic Spine Care, at East meadow. The entire team, from the front desk staff to the therapists, was welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in my recovery. I initially came in for a shoulder injury. My therapist, Forum, was incredibly knowledgeable and created a personalized treatment plan for me. I received a hands-on treatment and help in understanding my condition which made me feel more in control of my recovery. The facility is clean, and the atmosphere positive and motivating. Thanks to their expert care and encouragement, I am now pain-free!

Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible office. I had a scheduled appointment today with Dr. Grewal, took time off work, and arrived on time, only to be told that Dr. Grewal never showed up to the office. No call. No message. No prior notice of any kind. The lack of communication and basic courtesy is unacceptable. Patients rearrange their work schedules and lives for medical appointments, and this office showed zero respect for that. I had high expectations based on the positive Google reviews, but this experience completely destroyed my trust. This level of unprofessionalism is disappointing and frankly inexcusable. I will not be returning and do not recommend this office or Dr. Grewal to anyone.
