Always cordial and friendly to deal with. While every facility has a few issues here and there, I’ve been pleased with the fact they are dealt with when management is made aware of them. As a whole, the employees love their patients like family! This is a great place when you consider competition. Of note , the activities director Hope and her assistant Jodi go above and beyond with putting in the effort for every patient to be included even if it’s a personal visit! ❤️

I had my Mom & Aunt here for rehabilitation (therapy) I know from working in long term care you have to be patient and understanding about the care being provided, everyone can’t always be first when it comes to getting them ready, bathing or cleaning from bladder/bowel care, yes the staffing will be changeling at times but that’s everywhere in the healthcare industry, but as family members we need to be helpful if needed cause this is your love one , so if you can assist with feeding, assist to bathroom ( if they can walk) I know you may feel( this their job & they are getting paid to do this) but it’s our job as a team ( facility workers and family members working together) Go team

A family member needed rehab services close to his home. This facility was selected and he was pleased with the entire experience. The physical therapy and occupational therapy more than met his needs. Within a week we noticed major improvements in his physical condion. The facility was safe and well maintained .It was clean there was no noticeable orders or any medical smell covering them up. My family member had no complaints concerning his food other than it being late and sometime his food was not as hot as he would have liked. He enjoyed the social activities he participated in with others residents. The staff was friendly and eager to be of assistance. We were greeted with smiling friendly faces. The decor was dated but the care, food, activities, and staff were well above average

This place is amazingly horrible on another level!!! 1 star is too generous for this place!!! EVERYTHING is outdated from the equipment to the staff! When entering the building or hallway, the stench of urine will immediately take your breath away! Patients are allowed to wander throughout the halls at all hours of the night, sometimes wandering into other patients rooms. Medication is not always readily available, my dad had to wait on medicine that should have already been on property (he had brain surgery on a cancerous tumor). My mom ordered a CAT scan because my dad’s condition started getting worse 1 week after being checked in to this place & it took almost 2 weeks for them to have him picked up to have this test done. Then my mom had to drive his results from Grenada to Greenwood h

Very friendly atmosphere. You are treated like family upon entrance. Someone is always available and ready to answer your questions or any concerns that you may have.
