Dr Lecovic removed a gulf ball size tumor out of my brain stem in 2022. He was so loving and straightforward and understanding. He explained everything to me and my family. The morning of my 14 hour surgery I felt so safe with him. I knew he would do everything he could to save me and I was right. I’ll never forget him for giving me a second chance to live my life. If he is your doctor you are in good hands!

I just wanted to update Dr. Lekovic - I had my spinal surgery (laminectomies and foraminotomies) to address my spinal stenosis that had not only become physically debilitating, but mentally as well. On 10/26/25, it will have been 3yrs since my surgery, and I would guesstimate that my pain was reduced approximately 90%. I could not be more thrilled with the results. I had interviewed 13 neurosurgeons within Los Angeles, and chose Dr. Lekovic because, above all things, he made me feel as though he genuinely cared, and THAT is what sold me. Ultimately, I am back in the gym 5 days a week - I've lost weight and am on track to be in the best shape of my life. I didn't think that living pain-free was an option until meeting Dr. Lekovic. Please let the doctor know that I am incredibly grateful for

After three brain surgeries with Dr. Lekovic I cannot say enough about this Drs incredibility. If surgeries are needed, he definitely is reliable and worthy of your trust. Adding in 2025: now its been 5 surgeries, 4 brain and 1 spine. He continues to set the bar higher and higher for himself and meets it head on. I owe him my life. He's restored my ability to walk, maintain my career and vastly improved my quality of life.

Dr Lekovic is phycological lier not only he misdiagnosed my aunt also destroyed her life after 3 brain skull surgeries. He will tell you something and next time he will change his words and you will face consequences. I wish i can rewind time unfortunately we cant and shes gone now. I hope Dr Lekovic can learn from his mistakes and not touch something he cannot fix for the big payday. My advice stay away or get a 2nd opinion before you proceed with this dr.

This Doctor is the best doctor i had ever seen in my live without manipulating medical jargon. I can now think clearly since i had my surgery back in March of 2015. Thanks Doc.
