Dr. Wilentz is a nice and cordial professional. I have no complaints regarding him personally—he seems knowledgeable and friendly. However, the office staff is a different story. During a recent follow-up visit, I was handed a bill from a previous appointment. I asked a simple question: could someone tell me what procedures or services were submitted to their billing company? The front desk staff member refused to provide this information and told me I’d need to contact their third-party billing company since they outsource billing. I clarified that I wasn’t asking about my insurance coverage—just the list of procedures or services the office itself submitted for billing.
