Gregg A Alford D.M.D.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist, partially because I have sensory issues and a lot of anxiety and partly because I have had bad experiences in the past. Gregg and his team are now the ONLY dentist I will see because of how exemplary their attention to detail and care was at my first appointment on Tuesday. To start off, I found out that the type of Medicare I have didn't cover dental, so the front desk staff Brittany (not sure on spelling) pulled me aside and privately told me to let me make an informed decision on whether I wanted to proceed. She was discreet and so understanding. Already really liked the place just based off her. Then I got my exam, X-rays, and cleaning from Claire (also not sure on spelling) and she was so calm and patient and so intuitive that she was picking

I am SO grateful to have my dental journey with Dr. Alford and his staff. The atmosphere is fabulous !! The care I receive is awesome ! My care is approached with love and laughter. Here, I am not a number; rather, I am an individual with a name. That’s a reason to smile !!

Dr. Alford and his staff (especially Ms. Jacque) are among the nicest people in Spa City. I would highly recommend!

Doc Alford is amazing. His team is amazing. They were very thorough and polite. They made the pain very minimal when fixing a broken tooth. They have earned me and my families business. Thank you for such a wonderful experience with not a wonderful situation. See you soon.
