Improved! Good changes have been made. Two years ago, my experience was so humiliating, they brought in three people to watch me be examined that I wasn't informed was going to be there and misgendered me while sticking the catheter in me. I came out dissociated from the uncomfortable experience so badly, that I went non verbal for two days and my family and friends worried about me. Needless to say I was terrified of going back again, but Doctor David Arthur and his team today made me feel much more respected as a patient. They walked me through everything and made sure I understood what I needed to do and were very communicative. Ive had 2 very successful surgeries performed by Dr. Lund in the past and had the pleasure of him revealing I was pregnant prior to a scheduled surgery. The entire experience from office staff to doctors was wonderful. I was surprised to see negative reviews and disagree completely. I hope to get my son in to see Dr. Lund and love that I can be confident in his care.

I don’t understand the bad reviews so far. I have not had the pleasure of interacting with the doctors yet . However Nathan Fitzgerald the PA-C was awesome. Cut dry to the point and very thorough I left knowing I was taken seriously and it helped my anxiety about the situation. There was no hesitation when I said I had pain and he confirmed that there was a abnormality they immediately got me in for imaging the next day after my visit. I expect to be taken well care of here !!! I usually do not leave reviews often but in this case I feel these guys deserve a good one. At first I thought the front desk was a little stand offish. However I realized that they were in gaged in other matters and that was totally fine ! They were extremely helpful and tolerant to all my stupid questions. :) kee

I want to start off by saying Dr. Lund is absolutely fantastic! I have been working with him for a couple of years and I have enjoyed my visits with him he is very thorough and knowledgeable. The reason for the review is because his staff is absolutely terrible. They are rude, insensitive, and incompetent. In the two years that I haven’t seen him I’ve never had a good interaction with anyone on the staff. I would highly recommend doing some employee evaluations.

This doctor cares for his patients. My mom was under his care when she learned she had kidney cancer. It was too far progressed to do anything about it, but when our family invited him to her funeral, he showed up. Says a lot about a person's character and a doctor's commitment. I will always choose this doctor for any and all urological needs.
