Very grateful to this office staff and a wonderful doctor Greg Khaimov for taking me as a new patient aa soon as you could and providing an urgent care gently and reliving me from the pain. Professionalism, bed side manners and your kindness and compassion are outstanding. Highly recommend this podiatrist practice and will be coming back for my DPM doctor visits only here. This was my third visit to this office. Earlier in the day, I was asked to move my appointment from 5:00pm to 6:00pm so that Dr. Khaimov could spend more time with me. I arrived at 5:58pm. At 6:20pm, I was told by the front desk that my appointment had actually been changed to 6:15pm and that I was early. By 6:35pm, with Dr. Khaimov still with another patient, I chose to leave. This was an incredibly unprofessional experience, especially due to the dismissive attitude of the front desk staff. I expected better communication and respect for patients’ time.

Dr. Greg is an exceptional doctor! During my appointment, he took time to listen to my concerns without rushing me. His thoroughness and attention to detail were evident, and he explained my problem and treatment options clearly and comprehensively. I felt confident in his expertise and appreciated the compassionate care I received. Front desk lady was also very nice and friendly! I highly recommend Dr. Greg Khaimov to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, caring, and professional doctor (with a good sense of humor). His dedication to patient care is truly outstanding, and I am grateful to have found such an excellent doctor!

I am extremely disappointed that my appointment was canceled without any notification. This lack of communication is unprofessional and shows a disregard for patients’ time and needs. I rearranged my schedule for this visit, and the office’s failure to inform me caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I expect better coordination and respect from any medical provider.

Dr. Khaimov is absolutely amazing! He is a knowledgeable specialist, and wonderful surgeon. He listens to you very patiently, makes his diagnosis and always explains it in a way patients can understand. He is the best doctor I've ever met! Very attentive and highly professional doctor!
