Absolutely unacceptable experience. This office clearly overbooks appointments and does not respect patients’ time or safety. I was taken back, given anesthesia, and then left sitting in the chair for almost an HOUR with no supervision. My entire face was numb and no one checked on me, explained the delay, or offered any update. After waiting that long, I still wasn’t treated. There was no apology and no accountability. I eventually had to leave without being seen — with half of my face still numb. Leaving a patient under anesthesia without monitoring and without communication is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

This is seriously the only dentist I will trust with my teeth!! Have had plenty of bad experiences with dentists but azure, first and foremost is amazing with making me feel comfortable about everything she is doing! Secondly I had to switch insurances and they made it easy! And lastly, I broke a tooth, a week before mobilization and they had me in, next day, and gave me all options right then and there! Thankfully could fix me up with enough time to make sure I am good to go! Thank you so much for not being just a regular dentist office, yall care and make sure everything is ok at all times!

As someone with a lot of dental anxiety, Azure makes me feel very comfortable at my cleanings and does a great job of thoroughly explaining every step! 10/10, absolutely recommend this spot!

Communication is horrible. I tried reaching out for an appointment only to get late responses. I was told appointment times and responded back less than 5 minutes. Another 24 hours later I received a text message stating. “ the appointment on the 10th at 1:00 was taken before I heard back from you. I need to check about what we need to do at your next visit. It looks like we have some other areas of deep cleaning that need to be done. I want to verify how much time that they will need. I will contact you after I have the information I need to get you scheduled.“ I responded back less than 5 minutes. I’m not understanding “Before I heard back from you” . This has been the most hassle I’ve ever experience when booking an appointment. I got so frustrated with the communication I’ll be fin

The clean and modern office creates a good first impression. The staff is warm and professional. I found Azure to be friendly and knowledgeable as she explained the x-rays and imaging process and provided me with a flossing tutorial. Now I know how to properly floss! Dr. Courtney’s warm and calming presence put me at ease when she reviewed the results of my x-rays and imaging and discussed treatment options. Amy is friendly and thoroughly detailed the insurance coverage for my dental treatment and patiently answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Greenwood Local Dentistry for anyone who is looking for a professional and trustworthy dental practice who cares about your dental health.
