Greenway Pharmacy

I began going here for my prescriptions ONLY because Lewistown Pharmacy closed down permanently and I was encouraged to choose a new Pharmacy including but not limited to CVS in Lewistown or Greenway Pharmacy in Yeagertown. I have had nothing but issues with Greenway Pharmacy/ Pharmacist. He was charging me $10 extra in addition to the regular prescription cost, when I would go in to pick them up and it was because I wasn’t a regular customer. I have never been charged an additional fee just for not having being a regular customer! Yet, when you walk in the pharmacy entrance door, there’s a sign that reads, “WELCOME LEWISTOWN PHARMACY CUSTOMERS!” It should say, we can fill your prescriptions for an additional $10 fee! Additional costs are NOT welcoming whatsoever for NEW CUSTOMERS! I woul

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. You get to talk to a live person when you call in, as opposed to the automated machines. They also have the option available to text you when your prescription is due & it's ready for pickup, which is very convenient.

Excellent customer service! I pick up prescriptions for my mother very frequently, and after a very terrible experience with CVS and the manager, we have decided to move pharmacies. The service at Greenway Pharmacy is a breath of fresh air! I challenge you to see the difference in service and staff! The prices are comparable to Wal-Mart! Respectable service, good prices and locally owned! Thank you Greenway for making one thing easier in my daily tasks!

Hands down, the best pharmacy experience, ever. The staff at Greenway will go out of their way to make the transaction go as smooth as possible. Sometimes trying to pick up medications can be a pain, Jeff and his colleagues will do everything in their power to handle any issues and keep the customers from having to worry about anything. All of the employees there, are very friendly, polite and courteous. Jeff will order any medication he can for you, if he doesn’t have it in stock already. Wait times are minimal each time I go, it’s great! Greenway is only a 30 second drive down from the Burnham CVS, but such a huge difference in customer service and price. My opinion, very worth it to make the switch to Greenway Pharmacy! Thanks Jeff & employees for being great at what you do!
