I used to come here when I had braces, and overall it was a very bad experience. The front office staff was rude and disrespectful. One time when I had a bracket break, the front desk lady asked me if I “eat rocks at home,” which was extremely unprofessional. I had to calm myself down instead of responding. The office itself is clean, and most of the assistants in the back who check your teeth are okay, but I did have a bad experience with one assistant who would aggressively pull and turn my head during appointments. It got to the point where I had to request not to have her anymore. Between that and the constant attitude from the front office, I would not recommend this place. Customer service really matters, especially in healthcare, and this office seriously lacks it.

My daughter started treatment on Mid of 2024, as it was a referral by her pediatric dentist, I thought they will fix her open bite, instead of that 33 visit ago they flare out the upper teeth, and have a retainer that is not even well fit her teeth. My daughter has psychological damage for how her teeth are now. I'm so disappointed with this orthodontic place. I trusted them. But I'm so disgust with the kind of service. And I don't think it's legal to treat 100 patient a day in such a small clinic, which I found later.

Quiet literally saved my teeth. Took 3 years but it was 100% worth it. Everyone there is really nice I recommend this place to anyone who needs braces!

i had my insurance pay for my Childs braces and when she broke her first bracket they had told me nothing and when she broke the 2nd one they had told me that if she broke 1 one the insurance will not pay anymore and they will kick me out , i had when in there this past week and she accidentally broke her 3d bracket (we have been going there for 2 years ) they told me that she can not brake anymore and if she does the insurance will kick us off and she can not finish the treatment this is ridiculous and my daughter had told her that it was not her fault and the technician said ok but u still can brake anymore with a attitude . i hate this place

All 3 of my daughters went here for braces and they were great! 2 of my daughters went and finished and one is still receiving treatment. Their teeth are straight and I am very happy with the results. My son will be a patient when he’s old enough to get braces.
