I love bringing our pets here. The staff is friendly and the doctors always take time to explain, answer questions, and provide information or reassurance if needed. We've brought our pets here for many years because it's great care and service that we trust in.

We've used Greenville Vet Clinic for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. The vets, techs, and office staff are always friendly, pleasant, and helpful, and whenever we've had questions they're quick to answer and always provide great care for our animals. In addition, the fees are extremely reasonable, particularly for the exceptional quality of care and smooth transactions. Vet care at too many places can be a hassle and expensive - neither of those is the case here! They're especially good with Rigby, whose excitement to "see the ladies at the vet's office" starts well in advance of her appointment and usually makes her forget her usual calm demeanor and good manners! :-) (Thanks for your patience, ladies!) Last week I called on Monday to get my very sick dog in. We’ve already been calling them for a while and they’ve been booked. That Monday we explained the symptoms my dog has been having and the lady who answered said she didn’t have the time to take care of my dog. I’m sorry but that’s disgusting, you’re literally a vet. I personally think a vet should never say that to a customer. Thank god I found a vet/hospital in vandalia, Illinois. This place is even cheaper than them, plus they’re not rude.

The staff was amazing and super sweet to my fur baby. They stayed after hours to help making her feel better. They were amazing and so gentle with her. thank you all for making her better.

Dosent understand what an emergency is. If you don't have money in hand forget it. My dog had a bad seizure and they wouldn't take him because im broke. Edit to reply: A dying dog shouldn't have to be pay walled. You should uphold your oaths to treat sick and dying animals. Just because I wasn't a previous client dosent mean I couldn't have become one. But other animal hospitals near my area got him taken care of and definitely told me you are notoriously famous for turning away customers. IN. DESPERATE. Need.
