Greenville Express Care

The website needs to be updated because they do NOT actually take walk-ins. I even called before driving 25 minutes and they just said they see appointments first, which makes sense. When I got there they acted as if that was not true and made me schedule an appointment. As of right now, I have little confidence in this facility. Considering how difficult it is to find a PCP in Greenville, it's worth looking into if you'd like to avoid the Vidant monster and not wait months for an appointment.

So I have called this place several times asking them about a PCP. I was told yes they can do that come on in, same day service. So after all that I get there today and I have to fill out all this paperwork and was told it's going to be two weeks. Never once was I told about this and I must have made 3 or 4 phone calls asking questions, incompetence, so I won't be going here.

Well my experience wasn't that good. I waited for 2 months to see if I could be a patient here. Called back several times to check on my paperwork and I was always told that someone will call me back. Then I was told that my paperwork was still sitting on the desk and they would make sure someone called me back. 2 more weeks passed I called back again just to be told I couldn't be accepted as a patient. A little disappointed but after reading the other reviews I'm glad I dodged that bullet because I need someone that cares about my health and well-being.

Love the providers and feel they are really thorough. I came in sick and nervous and they ensured i got checked for everything under the sun I requested. I felt taken care of and listened to. Very thankful for the team there.

I just waited over an hour to be called back to my appointment and they never called my name. I asked for my medical file and will be finding a new primary doctor. Look elsewhere if you have an option.
