This was the most unprofessional doctors appointment I’ve ever been too. I needed a physical for a new job so I made an appointment here because I have used this office twice before years ago. When I first got there and went to sign in at the desk there were 6 employees behind the window and not one of them said hello or be with you in a minute. I took a seat and waited for them to call me to fill out my new patient paperwork and bring me in to see the doctor. I waited until 5 minutes past my scheduled appointment time (after being 10 minutes early for the appointment) to go back up to the window to say. “Excuse me but I am a new patient is there any paperwork I need to fill out?” One person finally got me paperwork to fill out while the other 5 people were just eating, typing or on their

Dr. Kurtzer has been my Doctor for many years and I am very pleased with his ability, knowledge, and positive encouragement. The Staff is great.

The worst doctor's office I've EVER dealt with. Almost two weeks to get blood work results. I had to keep calling to demand my results.They forgot to call in my prescription.. I'm in Walmart, and they went home. Answering service, said OK, we will send a message.....No call to the doctor nothing to that effect...thank God. It was not a life or death situation. I will never go back to this place. I rather go too Lehigh Valley Network doctor's. Way more advanced and professional. I highly suggest you go elsewhere otherwise see for yourself.

I called this doctors office to ask if they accepted my insurance because my insurance referred me to them. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and snapped at me. I politely said she did not need to be rude about the situation to which she yelled “neither do you” and hung up on me without helping me. Worst experience i’ve ever had calling a doctors office. Will never try to go there in the future
